Joint Benefits Strategy and Policy

As part of our shared and joint working plans, Thanet District Council and Dover District Council are working towards delivering the same excellent Benefits service, in the same way. We believe it is essential that while we continue to ensure we provide an efficient, effective service, we also change it to focus on our individual customers’ needs.

If we are to deliver an excellent service, we must be sure that our communities know what our aims are and how we will deliver them, so they know what they can expect from us. This is why we have written our:
