location offer a unique setting for businesses, visitors and

business; developing a thriving local economy is a key priority for
the Council.
Through the Corporate Plan 2007-11 theme 1; 'Thanet's
Economy', the Council plans to attract inward investment and
support indigenous companies, attracting more jobs to the area, and
helping those who are unemployed.
