Thanet's Gateway Plus is committed to providing services that meet the needs of the community and ensuring that all customers are provided with excellent customer care. We have a programme of customer consultation and we regularly seek feedback from our customers on how we are doing.

The You Said We Did displays within the Gateway and online, gives us the opportunity to show customers that we have listened to them and have acted upon their suggestions to improve our services.

If you have any comments or suggestions regarding additional services within the Gateway, please e-mail customer.services@thanet.gov.uk
