Building Control forms

To submit your application you may download a Word document to complete on your PC and e-mail back to us, or you can print out a .pdf document for hand completion and return by post.

Fees & Charges

Fees can be paid by debit or credit card by telephoning 01843 577158 or 577159 or by sending a cheque payable to Thanet District Council.

You may now make a Building Control Application online using our online payment form.
