Using our forms

Some of our forms are available for completion online, saving paper and time. You can also download application forms (pdfs) for our services to print out and return to the Council by post. Get help using pdf files.

At this stage, we are unable to accept your completed forms by e-mail due to the requirement for original signatures and, where appropriate, accompanying payment, for every service.

To report a road, footway, streetlamp, traffic signal/sign fault online, you should contact Kent Highways.

Please Note:  to use the Save/Restore facility available with some of the online forms, you must have your browser configured to allow Cookies to be stored on your computer. The cookie used is a temporary file to remember your session details only and it isn't used for any other purpose.
