Your actual card transaction will take place on a
secure bank server belonging to NatWest Streamline eSolutions
Merchant Services (a division of the Royal Bank of
Scotland).

Who manages the service?
This facility is administered by the Customer Services
Department of the Council.
Payments are processed and validated by a secure service managed
by the Council's Card Services Provider, Royal Bank of Scotland
Streamline e-Solutions. Your card details will only be used by
the bank to collect your payment and at no time will they be stored
by the Council or be visible or accessible outside the secure
banking network.

Please note that this information may change from time to time,
so please review it on a regular basis.
Which payment cards can I use?
Using this service, you can make a payment for a number of
our services using a credit or debit card. Thanet
Council accepts the following payment cards and does NOT make
a surcharge for using them to pay your bills:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Maestro
- Visa Debit
- Solo
- Electron
What information will I need to
supply?
To make a payment you will need to provide the account
references for the items you wish to pay - these are printed on
your invoice or statement so please have this available.
You may pay for up to 10 items in one transaction. To make
your payment you will also be required to supply your name and
address to support your payment card details.
Will I receive a receipt?
Once you have completed your payment, you will be able to print
a receipt.
Names and addresses are not included in receipts generated by
this website to maximise your security online.
