The Local Authorities (England) (Charges for Property Searches) Regulations 2008

In accordance with Regulation 9 of the above Regulations the following information is published for the financial year ending 31^st March 2011 :-

A)	the total costs to the authority in granting access to property records or performing internal transactions = £188,500.
B)	the number of requests to which these costs relate :-
	Personal searches (including administrative charge)	897
	LLC1	44
	CON 29R	21
	Full searches	1685
C)	the total income to the authority from charges and recharges = £246,635.
