Cemeteries and Crematorium Code of Practice

The Council:

 

  • is a member of the Federation of British Cremation Authorities whose Code of Practice is strictly followed
  • has adopted the Institute of Burial & Cremation Administration's Charter for the bereaved.
  • has adopted the Institute of Cemetery & Crematorium Management's Charter for the Bereaved

 

which define a number of service standards which you have a right to expect and sets out the Guiding Principles for Burial and Cremation Services.

 

Details of the Charter, Code and Service Plans are available on request from the administration office.

 

If, we do not meet the standard you expect please let us know immediately and we will do our utmost to put things right.
