Making the most of our property
The Council needs to make the most of the property and land it
owns, ensuring it's well maintained, well used and doesn’t cost too
much to run. It also needs to sell and redevelop property to
build new facilities, which residents have asked for.
16 sites across Thanet have been identified for possible sale
and we would like your views on these sites. Click here to view the full list of sites and
proposals for the possible future use of each site. The
proposals given are examples of how the sites could be used and we
welcome any further comments or suggestions on their future.
Consultation evenings were held for you to
hear the proposals in more detail and to allow you to have your
say.
