Extraordinary meeting of Cabinet

• All respondents to consultation were invited to attend a Cabinet meeting to submit any verbal representations to councillors.
• Up to three speakers were permitted to speak on each of the sites, for a period of three minutes.  Speakers were allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Representations were recorded and a summary added to the consultation report following the meeting.
