Proposed Modifications to the Revised Deposit draft Thanet Local Plan consultation, 17 February - 31st March 2006

Thanet Council proposed modifications to the Local Plan before proceeding with its adoption.  These proposal followed consideration of the Inspectors report on the public inquiry into the objections to the Local Plan.

Comment from the public on these proposed modifications was sought.

The views of relevant groups, organisations and individuals wishing to comment on the range of issues were taken into account at this stage in the process.

The public consultation on the proposed modifications closed on Friday 31st March 2006. 

The Thanet Local Plan has now been formally adopted and forms part of the Development Plan for Thanet.  The new plan and proposals map will be printed in the autumn.  The chapters of the adopted plan can be viewed by clicking on the following link Adopted Plan June 2006
