Lettings Procedure Consultation

Thanet District Council is currently in the process of implementing a new lettings procedure for social housing within Thanet.

The procedure is being amended to assist in meeting the housing need within Thanet and to ensure applicants for housing are awarded the appropriate priority for re-housing.

Before implementing the lettings procedure the council is keen to ensure that people have an opportunity to comment on the procedure.
