Proposals for Minnis Bay

Comment on two possible schemes for the area

Residents have a chance to comment on two possible schemes being proposed for a site at Minnis Bay in Birchington.

Local people are invited to have their say on the proposals before the council makes a decision.

The site currently comprises a closed toilet building and concrete beach huts which are in poor condition on the beach front.  In order to make improvements here, the council has advertised the site and asked interested parties to provide proposals that would provide improved facilities and also allow additional seaside related facilities.  Two proposals have now been received and now the council would like members of the public to comment on the two suggestions.
