Web statistics 2012

To assist in ongoing site development, the Council uses monitoring software for the purposes of recording monthly statistics for the number of visitors to the site and the most frequently visited pages (page impression). We do not use the software to track activity or identify these visitors (please refer to our website policy).

A page impression consists of a request to view a complete page such as this one. The figure does not include images or associated resources on a page.

Unique visitors:

The number of individuals visiting the site. (each visitor counted once, even when an individual visits the site on more than one occasion).

Page views:
Number of pages viewed during the corresponding month.
