7 Reduce the incidence of homelessness and repeat homelessness and reduce the number of households living in temporary accommodation by:

10 Develop supplementary planning guidance to protect the nature of local communities, discourage the conversion of large properties to smaller units and resist the loss of domestic gardens to development Year 2, 2009 This is a year Two project.
