Work Force Statement

In October 2007, Playground maintenance transferred from Thanet Leisure Force to Thanet District Council. This involved the TUPE transfer of one member of staff. This is the only contract over the past year which involved a transfer of staff and it complied fully with the requirements in the Code of Practice on Workforce Matters in Local Authority Service Contracts.
