Partnership Monitoring

This is the first year the Council has reported on the progress of its partnerships. The partnership register was introduced in quarter four 2008. Four partnerships were added into the register as a trial in quarter four 2008-09. A progress summary for each of these is provided in the following table.

The table above only represents the first stage in selecting partnerships to monitor via the register. All the remaining partnerships that the Council works with will be entered onto the register this year. This will enable us to monitor progress against some of the more complex partnerships such as the East Kent Local Strategic Partnership. The aim is for the council ensure that the partnerships it is involved in are providing value for money and are making a difference for local people.
