Open space land adjoining 33 and 35 Beech Grove, Cliffsend Ramsgate
Amenity land
Plan Number 10
None
The site has no current use.
There have been complaints about the lack of site maintenance, the dumping of rubbish and flooding.
The site is located outside the built up area, which would preclude development. It is also in the Wantsum North Shore Landscape Character area.
There are no legal issues that would affect the site.
A sale of the site would alleviate the Council of its maintenance obligations and produce a receipt. If purchased by adjoining owners, it is likely to better cared for , which would improve the visual amenity of the area.
There are no issues to consider under this heading. Any disposal would require advertisement, under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1972.
