Welcome to Thanet District Council’s online Building Control Case search facility.  From December 2010 Thanet District Council is offering a BETA search facility to show all Building Control cases registered with the Council including supporting documentation dating back to 2004/5. It is intended to extend this service to cases from 2003 over the next few months.  New case information is updated daily.

If you cannot find what you are looking for you should contact the Building Control Team.

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the copyright acts (section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.

Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner, (the applicant / agent / architect). However, you may make copies of the decision notice providing the copies are not altered in any way.
