Understanding the problem

We want to tackle problems affecting people and businesses.  To do this we are working closely with local organisations and groups to audit the action areas.

The audit results will help us plan for the future.  We cannot fund everything at once, so we need to work out what comes first, and what needs new funding.

If money is used to improve an area, we also want to make sure that it does not fall into disrepair.
