Interested in having an allotment?

The Council has sites in:

• Birchington at Quex Park, Brunswick Rd.

• Broadstairs at Norman Rd and Prospect Rd.

• Margate at Brooke Avenue Garlinge, Dane Valley, Nash Rd and Tivoli Rd.

• Ramsgate at Cemetery Gates Cecilia Rd, Chilton Lane, Jackey Bakers Stirling Way and Margate Rd.

• Westgate at Lymington Rd.

The cost of an allotment is £2.50 per perch (25 square metres) and an £18.00 minimum charge is applied. Water is charged at cost and a standard key charge where applicable of £5.

The average size of a plot is 250sq meters although these can be divided down into a smaller plot if required depending on availability.

All our allotment sites have waiting lists at present.
