The Council provides 31 play areas across Thanet, featuring play equipment for all ages. There are two skate park facilities based at Lymington Road, Westgate and the Warre Recreation Ground behind Ramsgate swimming pool. Requests from people for improvements to existing play areas and for new sites are dealt with by this department.
