Policy and supplementary planning guidance for Cliftonville West Renewal Area.

On 14th December 2006 Thanet District Council adopted the above Council Policy and supplementary planning guidance which apply a restriction on provision of further 1 bedroom flats and non self-contained multiple occupation in the Renewal Area.
