Development Plan Document and Sustainability Appraisal Report
Thanet District Council has prepared its
Preferred Options Document proposing new planning policies for
Cliftonville West. This document has evolved from the results
of previous public consultation.
A Sustainability Appraisal has been
instrumental in finalising the Preferred Options and the
Sustainability Appraisal Report is available for comment as part of
this public consultation.
The area covered by the Development Plan
Document is that covered by the original Cliftonville West Renewal
Area designated in May 2005, and is shown on a map in the preferred
options document.

These documents are published for public participation for a six
week period commencing 18th April 2008 and copies are
available at:
