What does it cost for me to obtain advice?

Major Developments

• Residential development, including changes of use, of 10 or more new dwellings
• Non-residential development including change of use, where the gross floorspace is 1,000 square metres or more;
• In all cases for sites of more than 1 hectare in area

 £250 (inclusive of VAT) for written advice only      

 £500 (inclusive of VAT) for a meeting and written confirmation

Additional meetings may be required and these will be charged at the same rate.

Minor Developments

• Residential development, including changes of use, of 1 to 9 dwellings
• Non-residential development including change of use, where the gross floorspace is between 100 square metres to 1,000 square metres
• Proposals affecting Listed Buildings or Conservation Areas
• Advertisements

 £150 (inclusive of VAT)  for written advice only

 £250 (inclusive of VAT)  for a meeting and written confirmation

Additional meetings may be required and these will be charged at the same rate.

Householder Developments

• All householder enquiries

     £50 (inclusive of VAT)  for written advice only

          £100 (inclusive of VAT) for a meeting and written confirmation

If additional meetings are required these will be charged at the same rate.
