Kent County Council look after Kent's roads, pavements,
bridges and cycle paths and is responsible for most local
highway matters, including street lights, repairing pot
holes, road closures salting roads, snow clearance and rural
grass verge cutting.

Highways if you are organising works or placing advertising or
street furniture on the public highway.
