The quality of our housing contributes to the quality of our
lives. Our committment to quality
housing is set out in our corporate plan. We
are committed to delivering the best possible housing
solutions that will improve the quality of life for all those
living in Thanet.
What's new
This new scheme will make letting
arrangements more transparent and give prospective tenants more
control over where they live. Rather than homes being
allocated by the council, choice based lettings will allow tenants
and prospective tenants to bid for the available properties they
are interested in. Read more
