Garage Lettings

We operate a waiting list for applicants who wish to rent a garage from Thanet Council.

There is a large demand for garages lettings so anyone who wishes to apply to join the waiting list will need to complete an application form.

Once you have completed and returned the Application for a Licence of a Council Garage, we will carry out a routine credit check. No licence will be granted if an unsatisfactory reference is received. You may query the details of the reference direct with the Agency.
