Tenant participation in Thanet
Thanet District Council is committed to
providing opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to have an
equal opportunity to influence decisions on all matters concerning
the management of their homes. We recognise that meaningful tenant
and leaseholder participation can achieve quality improvements in
the housing service.
The NEW Tenants
and Leaseholders Consultation Agreement (pdf) is an
agreement between Thanet District Council and its tenants and
leaseholders to work together to develop and improve housing
services. This agreement was developed with the help of tenants and
leaseholders and will be monitored by the NEW Tenants & Leaseholders Consultation
