To deliver our commitment to fairness we;

  • Monitor progress and report back on our performance in achieving  Equality Policy and Plan targets.

  • Carry out, and publish the results of,  Equality Impact Assessments on all our policies, services and procedures to make sure that we are not treating anyone unfairly.

  • Carry out Equality Monitoring to find out more about our staff and service users, helping us to become more effective and inclusive

  • Consult with the local community, voluntary groups, the Police, Kent County Council, and the East Kent Primary Care Trust about how we can work together to promote equality, diversity and community cohesion.
