Past experience has shown us that this event is not suitable for dogs. A combination of heat, crowds and noisy aircraft upsets even the most placid household pet. Note that dogs are not allowed on Margate main sands from the 1st of April - 30th of September.
We have a team of fully qualified paramedics on site and numbers of first aid staff. Should you require assistance you should, if you can, make your way to the paramedic station (this will be sign posted ) a steward can direct.
Alternatively, the medical staff will be very visible on site and can be approached directly or you can talk to security staff, event official or policeman who will call for assistance for you.
Lost property will be cared for by our Information Point please take found items there.
There are no cash machines on site, the nearest dispensers can be found on Margate, High Street
There are plenty of bins provided, which are emptied hourly during the weekend. Please make sure you help us to keep the site litter free
You are invited to experience an exclusive view of the air show from Margate Harbour Arm. Enjoy a drink in the Lighthouse Bar, a sandwich from Puffins or some of Jean's fabulous cooking at BeBeached Café. You can also take the opportunity to see the current show in the gallery which is an exhibition of photographs by Denis Smith and Brian Moody (entrance is free). A nominal fee will be charged by the management of Margate Harbour Arm to ensure the comfort and safety of spectators with a donation going to Demelza House Children's Hospice.
