In line with the corporate plan of focusing regeneration efforts to build on the strengths, unique identities and visitor economy of Thanet's towns, the Visitor Information Service promotes the beautiful Isle of Thanet, covering Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and the surrounding villages, to visitors and local residents. As part of this we aim to support the local economy in the ongoing promotion of Thanet's thriving tourism industry. This includes working with unique and diverse attractions, quality graded accommodation providers, event organisers and local bars, restaurants and shops.
