Council telephone problems
Disruption to the Council’s
telephone network
We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our
telephone system and are unable to accept incoming telephone calls
at the present time.
This also means that we are unable to accept telephone payments,
you may wish to make use of:
- online
services
- payment via PayPoint
- or at a cash kiosk in Thanet Gateway Plus
Engineers from our service provider have been called. We
hope to rectify the problem as soon as possible and apologise for
any inconvenience caused.
We will update this message as soon as the problem is
resolved.
