Get ready to party on the opening weekend of the European Water
Ski Racing Championships when a host of top street performers and
some of the South East’s premier bands will be performing
their magic at our free Festival.
5 and 6 July
From 10.30 am on 5 and 6 July, Ramsgate’s Royal
Harbour will provide the backdrop for some amazing acts
including stilt walkers, lion dancers, acrobats, magicians and
much, much more.
On stage bands will include amongst others, the Jazz Police,
Backflash, Marleybone Jelly and the Keytones.
Opening Ceremony - 5 July
On Saturday at 4.00 pm a Parade of the European Water Ski Racing
Championship competitors will be led by the band of the 24th Royal
Artillery from The Paragon to Pier Yard in Ramsgate where they will
take part in an Opening Ceremony presided over by Lord Colin
Moynihan.
Then on Saturday evening don’t miss our great concert performed
by Light of the World with at 10.00pm a fantastic firework finale
over the Marina.

Firework finale
To mark the close of the Championship a firework display will
take place at the Royal Harbour at 10.30 pm on Saturday 12
July.
