We encourage cycling and walking in Thanet, to help the environment as well as improve public health.
Thanet District Council is keen to develop its cycle network and published Thanet’s second Thanet Cycling Plan (PDF) in December 2003. It sets out plans to develop and promote the cycling network in Thanet over the next 6 years.
