Call 01843 577000. You will be asked for account information held on the ticket so please have your ticket to hand. Lines are open Monday to Thursday 8.45am-5.30pm and Friday 8.45am to5.00pm
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Thanet District Council. You are advised to send payment by recorded delivery. Payment will be regarded as having been made at the time at which we receive your letter.

You can pay in person by cash or cheque at The Thanet Gateway Plus, Cecil Street, Margate.
If payment has not been received after 14 days have elapsed
If you appeal against the Penalty Notice, legal action will not be started until after any appeal is heard. If an appeal is allowed, no legal action will be started.
