Birchington Neighbourhood Plan Consultation - Regulation 16 (The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012)

Birchington Parish Council has submitted its proposed Neighbourhood Plan to Thanet District Council (TDC).

TDC now have to consult on the plan before submitting it for independent Examination. If TDC accept the findings of the Examination, the plan will be subject to a referendum and then adopted by TDC as planning policy.

Comments must be received by TDC by 5pm on Thursday 24 February 2022
