Community Safety Partnership's Local Community Safety fund

Funding available to help tackle Community Safety priorities in your area.

Thanet’s Community Safety Partnership is made up of key statutory partners that have to ensure specific obligations such as public engagement and the delivery of  action plans are met.

 Our statutory partners are:

  • Thanet District Council
  • Kent County Council
  • Kent Police
  • Kent Fire and Rescue Service,
  • Kent Probation 
  • Thanet Clinical Commissioning Groups

We also work with a large number of public and private sector partners as well as voluntary and community groups to collectively implement and deliver initiatives that will help all areas of Thanet become a safe place to live, work and visit.

We are currently finalising our Community Safety Plan for 2016-2017

We are always interested in speaking to community groups delivering projects relevant to community safety and can potentially assist in financially contributing.
