Telephone Upgrade - 21 June 2017

Please be aware that inward calls to the Contact Centre, including the council switchboard, may experience disruption on Wednesday 21 June as we move across to a new telephone system.

We apologise for this and would encourage customers to make use of online forms and emails where possible. There is also a 'drop in' service at the Gateway if the matter is urgent.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we move to the new system.
