Council Tax, Business Rates (National Non-Domestic Rates), Council Housing Rent, Garage Rent, Housing Benefit overpayments, Building Inspection Invoices, Council Invoices, Council Mortgages. Garden Waste Subscription Renewal (Please choose the Council Invoices option then select SL5 prefix and enter your invoice details).

Your card transaction will take place on a secure bank server. Streamline is a service provided by WorldPay (UK) Ltd on behalf of National Westminster Bank plc.

Which payment cards can I use?

Thanet Council accepts Electron, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Debit and does NOT make a surcharge for using them to pay your bills.

What information will I need to supply?

  • the account references for the items you wish to pay - these are printed on your invoice or statement so please have this available.
  • your name and address to support your payment card details

You may pay for up to 10 items in one transaction.

Will I receive a receipt?

Once you have completed your payment, you will be able to print a receipt. Names and addresses are not included in receipts generated by this website to maximise your security online.

Who manages the service?

This facility is administered by the Customer Services Department of the Council.

Payments are processed and validated by a secure service managed by the Council's Card Services Provider, Royal Bank of Scotland Streamline e-Solutions. Your card details will only be used by the bank to collect your payment and at no time will they be stored by the Council or be visible or accessible outside the secure banking network.
