Get involved – high rise living
We know that living in a high rise building is very different. We want to work with residents in our buildings to understand concerns, and tackle the issues of building safety and the delivery of the Refurbishment and Retrofit Programme. We can do this better if we work together.
About the High Rise Living Group
This group of residents live in our high rise buildings and provide feedback and recommendations that help us shape our services.
The group meets regularly with Tenant and Leaseholder Services. They tell us about what it is like to live in a high rise building, and their experience.
They help us to know how to keep residents and their homes safe. Their input can influence the delivery of the Refurbishment and Retrofit Programme.
Training and support
If you feel you need more confidence and skills to get involved in building safety activities, we can help!
Members of the High Rise Living Group can get specialist training. We also lend you a tablet so that you can read documents and attend online meetings.

Come along to the information and consultation events:
- See the winning design option (including sample materials).
- Ask questions and complete a short survey about the refurbishment and retrofit programme.
- Meet the partners working with us to deliver the programme.
- Find out more about the programme of works, the new heaters and how they work.
- Speak to your Resident Liaison Officers to book appointments for your heater installation.
