Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence Transfer Application
Transfer application paperwork and a request for a visual can be requested by emailing licensing@thanet.gov.uk.
Applications must be accompanied by the following documentation:
- provision of suitable vehicle insurance
- certificate of compliance – list of approved garages
- proof of ownership
- visual examination & meter test
All new vehicle licences will now expire one year after the date of issue.
