Approved Pavement Licenses

List of Pavement Licences approved by TDC since the introduction of the Business and Planning Act 2020.

This a temporary arrangement until March 2025 when the responsibility will pass back to KCC. There may also be other Pavement Licences in place that have been approved by KCC under the Highways Act.  Please contact KCC Highways.

TDC does not have enforcement powers with regard to Pavement Licences this is still the responsibility of KCC.

Pavement licences are not required for Furniture that is placed on private land.
