The Licensing Applications are kept at the offices of Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1XZ.

Any representations must be made online using Licensing Representation Form
It is an offence to, knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
