Brunswick Court planned improvements

Tenant and Leaseholder Services will be overseeing a programme of improvements to Brunswick Court as one of our high rise buildings.

Regular updates will be available on this page and on the notice boards in the building.

Brunswick Court

Planned improvements to your building include:

• Replace your flat’s front door.
• Replace the communal doors inside the block.

We are selecting a contractor and will be able to provide more information once this process is complete.

Brunswick Hall Refurbishment Project

Brunswick Hall is on the same site as Brunswick Court, Ramsgate. Over the next few months, we will be working with our partners Mears and AD Group to improve the energy efficiency of Brunswick Hall.

The improvement work includes installing:

• New LED lighting
• New electric heaters
• New floor coverings
• Cavity wall insulation
• New double glazed windows

We expect to complete the works by early 2024.
