Dimplex Quantum Heaters

We will be replacing some of the existing storage heaters in our homes with Quantum Dimplex heaters. This will be on a rolling programme.

They will use up to 27% less energy than your old storage heaters and help you to take control of your heating, be warmer and reduce your energy bills. Because they are more efficient, they work in a different way to standard storage heaters and can take a bit of time to get used to.

You will be provided with an instruction booklet when your heaters are installed. The booklet contains a number of frequently asked questions. We have included the most popular questions here.
