        POLICY UPDATE – 11 March 2020 and 19 March 2020

Thank you to all who took the time to respond to our recent consultation, we have received lots of responses and we are working through them.

There will be changes based on these responses and an updated document will be shared on this page shortly, therefore the new policy WILL NOT come into force on 01 April 2020.

Before the new policy can come into force it is required to be taken to Licensing Board, Cabinet and Council for final agreement.  These meetings will take place in June and July 2020 so it is anticipated that the policy will come into force 01 August 2020.

19 March 2020 – Due to the current situation with Covid-19 it will not be possible to share an updated DRAFT policy this week as anticipated. It is our intention to share it on this page week commencing 23 March 2020.
