How to support neurodivergent volunteers and members of the public in the community

Training workshops for Thanet VCSE organisations

Aims:

An increased empathy and understanding of neurodivergency

How to best support neurodivergent staff, volunteers and members of the public

Outcomes include:

Enhanced support services

Improved inclusivity

Reduced stigma and discrimination

Reduced Mental health and suicide rates

Increased collaboration and partnerships

Support employment opportunities

FREE as part of the Thanet Community Champions Programme
