How do I report a problem or make a complaint?

We are sorry you are experiencing a problem with one of our services. We hope this page will provide you with the information you need to report the issue to us or to contact the relevant department. 

Reporting a problem

General complaint, comment or compliment 

If you have a complaint that does not relate to any of the above, or you just wish to make a comment please use the link to the form below.

Submit a complaint, comment or compliment

Each department has a specific manager who will be responsible for investigating your complaint. He or she will write to you within ten working days and may contact you for further details. 

If the complaint is complex the investigation may take longer, but the investigating manager will keep you informed and will let you know the reasons for any delay.
