How does national planning policy affect Thanet?

The revised National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) was published in July 2018 and sets out the Government’s vision for sustainable development.  The NPPF is supplemented by a range of  Planning Practice Guidance.

In addition the Government has published a separate Planning Policy for Travellers Sites to be read in conjunction with the NPPF.
